Full Description:
This Stanley London® Solid Brass Sea Scout Pocket Compass is an extremely lightweight, accurate and reliable open faced compass that easily fits in your pocket or around your neck.  Sea Scouts are members of the Scouting movement with an emphasis on water-based activities.  Lord Robert Baden-Powell, the Founder of the Scouting Movement, was actually a Sea Scout before he was a land Scout.  Robert Baden-Powell grew up in a family rich with naval connections.  His maternal grandfather was Admiral William Smyth.  Sea Scouting began at a campfire in England when Lord Robert Baden-Powell encouraged older Scouts to learn boat management and seamanship.

The Sea Scout Pocket Compass is made of solid brass and combines rugged reliability with ease of use.  The compass measures 1 inch (2.5 cm) in diameter and is 1/4 inch (0.67 cm) thick.  This solid brass compass weighs only 0.14 ounces (4 grams).  Sorry but the Sea Scout Pocket Compass cannot be custom engraved.
