This Stanley London^® Open Faced Pocket Watch Style Compass is a reproduction of an antique open-face compass.  The Open Faced Pocket Compass is made of solid brass and combines elegance with practicality.  Its large compass face allows a quick and accurate reading.  This compass features a twist knob so that the needle may be locked in place while traveling and a sturdy fob so that a compass chain may be attached.  The Open Faced Pocket Compass is available either plain with no engraving, or with a handsome design and "Stanley London" engraved on the back.  The compass can fit in a pocket, and measures 2 1/4 inches (5.7 cm) in diameter and 7/16 inch (1 cm) thick.  The Open Faced Pocket Compass is polished to a beautiful high luster and weighs 2.7 ounces (76.5 grams).  The back of the plain compass can be custom engraved with the recipient’s initials, monogram, name or a personalized message.  Our Limited Edition Open Faced Pocket Compass can also be custom engraved with the same option with a restriction of up to 10 words of arced lettering.

We offer two solid brass pocket compass chains as an option for your compass.  These chains are specially made to be non-magnetic and will not affect the accuracy of your compass.   Both have a clasp on one end that attaches to the fob on the pocket compass, and the other end can be attached to your pocket, belt, or button hole. 
The Gold Plated Light Pocket Compass Chain is 14 3/4 inches (37.5 cm) overall, weighs 0.5 ounces (14 grams), and costs $9.40; The Gold Plated Heavy Pocket Compass Chain has larger links and is 14 inches (35.5 cm) overall, weighs 1.1 ounces (31 grams), and costs $10.50.
