These Stanley London® solid brass spirit levels are both beautiful and accurate instruments.
It is one of the few instruments that can be used to calibrate itself.
Calibration is achieved by turning the level 180 degrees on a flat surface and adjusting the level for
identical readings.
We have two sizes of these spirit levels available: 4-inch (10.2 cm) and 6-inch (15.2 cm).
Each size has a brass cover that rotates 90 degrees to protect the glass level tube.
Both are engraved "Stanley London" and can be custom engraved.
The 4-inch model is 4 inches (10.2 cm) long by 1 1/4 inches (3.2 cm) wide and has a 3/16 inch
(4.8 mm) thick solid brass base.
It is 1 3/8 inches (3.5 cm) tall, and weighs 8.2 ounces (232 grams).
The 6-inch model has a 6 inch (15.2 cm) long by 1 1/4 inches (3.2 cm) wide base made from heavier 1/4 inch
(6.4 mm) thick brass.
The 6-inch level is 1 1/2 inches (3.8 cm) tall, and weighs 13.7 ounces (388 grams).
The 4-inch level sells for only $23 and the 6-inch model sells for $29.
